The simple alternative to powder pillows, tablets, and liquid systems – eXact® Strips has one or more test pads containing reagents for colorimeter detection of ions in water samples.

By dipping a patented eXact® strip into the cell, the reagent is released into the water sample. The line of eXact® photometers utilizes this easy-to-use method to provide you with the most accurate result possible!

SenSafe eXact iDip Pool Starter Test Kit Components

eXact iDip® 525 Photometer: This is the key component, a digital device that measures various water quality parameters. It eliminates the need for separate test tubes with a built-in permanent sample cell. The photometer connects wirelessly to your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth® for easy data transfer.

Test Strips: The kit includes 25 tests each for the following essential pool water parameters:

• Total Alkalinity: Affects how your pool water reacts to pH changes.
• pH: Indicates how acidic or basic your pool water is.
• Free Chlorine (DPD-1): Measures the level of active chlorine available to sanitize your pool.
• Combined/Total Chlorine (DPD-3): Measures the total amount of chlorine, including free chlorine and combined chlorine (chloramines).

Carrying Case: A sturdy plastic case keeps the photometer, test strips, and other components protected during storage and transport.
