AP3000-SM RO System Consists of Stages as Follows:
Spin-Down Manual Flush Screen Pre-Filter – Removes suspended solids up to 25 microns. This clear, cone-shaped housing allows for easy visual monitoring. As solids collect at the bottom, simply open the flush valve to discharge impurities directly into the drain line.
Ion Exchange Water Softener with Auto Regeneration Valve – Removes calcium, magnesium, lead, and iron, effectively converting hard water into soft water.
Multimedia Carbon Pre-Filter with Auto Backwash Valve – Filters bacteria, contaminants, and other impurities from the incoming water supply.
Sediment Pre-Filter – Removes suspended solids down to 20 microns.
Carbon Block Pre-Filter – Further refines filtration by removing suspended solids down to 5 microns.
Multi-Stage Jet Booster RO Pump – Increases water pressure to meet the higher feed pressure requirements of the RO membrane.
Low-Fouling TFC High-Flow Membrane Elements – Removes dissolved solids with consistent, efficient performance. These membranes are engineered to produce high-purity RO water under 10 ppm, meeting Health Department standards for bottled water applications. The purified water is then stored in dedicated storage tanks.
Smart On-Demand Delivery Pump – Re-pressurizes the water from the storage tank to the bottle filling station, ensuring reliable flow.
10" x 54" Carbon Post-Filter – Enhances taste, reduces odor, and improves the clarity of the purified water.
4" x 20" Sediment Post-Filter – Provides final polishing by enhancing taste, odor, and clarity.
Ozone Circulation System – Includes mixer, Mazzei injector, mix tank, and timer. Helps maintain sanitized water lines and storage tanks.
Stainless Steel Ultraviolet Sterilizer – Disinfects the purified water at the point of bottling to ensure microbial safety.
Automatic Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with LCD Screen – The AP3000-SM is equipped with a fully automated PLC system to monitor and control the entire RO process. It includes a TDS water quality monitor, water temperature sensor, and an hour meter to track system runtime, simplifying service and maintenance. This smart control panel ensures reliable and worry-free operation.
