It is a little bulky but overall it's a great unit it would be better if it was a little bit smaller and if it was a little bit less pricey

I tried a few other countertop systems when we were getting our kitchen redone and they were all pretty Meh! WE tried out the Waterdrop and it really was the best of the best, Hot water , cold water and no need for a water hookup. Super easy, this is such a good system that even after we completed our kitchen remodel we are still using the WD-A1 to this day. We are REALLY happy with this unit, top notch by far!!

So far so good. The automatic purging is a waste of water, although we’re not sure how much it is
